Hooker is delivering a captured criminal to the Federal court building when he meets Senator Grayle, an old friend; when a bomb intended kill the Senator explode. With Hooker having saved the Senator's life, himself, Stacy and Corrigan at the Senator's request travel to Honolulu, Hawaii, to work with the local Police department there and protect the Senator and his wife from the ruthless gangsters out to assassinate him.
