On the night before the wedding Peggy's boiler breaks down so she and her daughters come to stay at Pam and Tony's house. Pam thinks that the bride and groom seeing each other will bring bad luck and in a way it does as Peggy runs over Pam's foot, requiring a trip to casualty and a mortified Peggy locks herself in the bathroom .
