The stranger crawls between the bully’s legs and everyone except Zifang thinks he’s a coward. But the bully is unsatisfied and calls the stranger Han Xin by name. When about to attack with his sword, the bully suddenly spins around and collapses after being hit in the face by a shoe thrown by an unknown assailant. The crowd disperses and Zifang stops to greet an elder, Chu Nangong, whom Ziming recognises as being allied with the Qin forces. He reveals himself to be a keen observer and shrewd judge of character. It was he who threw the shoe, not to save Han Xin whom he considers dangerous, but to save the bully from being killed. Zifang sends Ziming to retrieve the shoe, which more difficult than it appears. As Chu Nangong leaves he gives Ziyu some unfathomable words of wisdom, but predicts that the three remaining Chu families will destroy the Qin. (thetvdb.com)
