In a Latin American country, Illya and Solo try to help the popular national leader, Angela (Madlyn Rhue) protect her government from the Secret Three, a revolutionary group backed by THRUSH. Solo is captured by the Secret Three, but escapes after learning that Vinay (Victor Ludlin), a friend of Angela's is plotting against her.
