Zach explores the dark world of psychological mind control. He meets with a victim who was surgically implanted with an electronic harassment device in his head and neck–proving that this is a very real and terrifying phenomenon. Zach continues his search by examining the recent sonic attacks on American diplomats in Cuba and he listens to the actual sound of sonic weapon.
