Mina and Karen are the new owners of a very outdated and bland townhouse in the heart of the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood. Despite the maroon carpeting, peach wallpaper and active bird's nests, the home has a lot of potential. The women get started designing a new layout after demolition but all work comes to a halt after they find a surprise in the attic and have to call the police.
