Three years have passed and a lot has changed in Camus, with Isla opening a new bistro with her good friend Pòl, Anndra’s boyfriend. But she soon realises that money can’t buy her happiness as she sets her sights on something, or someone, that money can’t buy. Sarah Jane’s life goes from strength to strength until a stranger from her past arrives back in Camus. He puts his own life in danger when Sarah Jane and the rest of the community shun him – everyone but Ceitidh, the only one who takes pity on him.
